The DVD's are coming!
Great news for all of our friends out there.


 We are only a few days away from shipping new DVD versions of some of our most popular titles.

 YES, I do mean our most requested video of all,
 STEAM-POWER SAWMILL.
We have spent months reformatting this show. (And that was after years of planning and preparation.) Steam-Power Sawmill was our very first release almost ten years ago, so we really wanted to do it right.

We used the latest equipment so the new DVD will look fabulous on the latest big-screen TV's.

We traveled back to the old Hull-Oakes mill and shot some new scenes we had always wished we could have had in the original.

While we were there shooting, we found Hull-Oakes had installed a "new" 50-year old planer mill. So now, the DVD will show you that, too.

But, what is really going to knock your socks off is the new 5.1 Dolby Surround Soundtrack.

In a word, it is AWESOME!!

You'll be wondering why there isn't sawdust pouring out of your speakers.

As some of you may know, I come from a background in audio engineering. The new tools I was able to use to recover and revitalize the sounds are truly amazing.

If you turn it up, it will feel like you are really there,...on the old train,...at the logging site in the woods,...in the meadow replanting the trees,...and then right there in the old mill,...by the log pond,...in the boiler room,...underneath the mill,...and finally into the lumberyard to learn about the old 1930's era straddle carriers.

As the producer, I have watched this show 101 times to get the story, action, and sounds just right.

Still, every time I watch it, the new surround-sound just knocks me out. You are going to love it!
